Murder Mystery Activity

Our team activity for second quarter was a murder mystery game. The premise was that Rock N Roley had been murdered during his high school class reunion. Parents volunteered to play the various characters and students has a great time analyzing the clues to find out who killed Rock N Roley! We all dressed in 50's attire and, as you can see, the students really got into the act!
The last picture is the parents who took on the roles of Rock N Roley's classmates from high school. Other pictures are my students.

Christmas Party

While Troy and Crystal were at the bed and breakfast celebrating his birthday, we had the Lowreys, Pedersons, and Grovers over for a little party. We played games until 11 pm - really late for old fogies!We decided that Troy's card shuffler was a winner! This was especially true when it was my turn to shuffle, let's just say that I will not be working in Vegas.

Troy's 30th Birthday

Troy celebrated his birthday with cheesecake and pizza at Chuck E Cheese. Crystal surprised him with a stay at a bed and breakfast in downtown Denver. We got to babysit Landon - a real treat for us!

Landon finally got to go downhill by himself. He had fun until he cut his lip. But he did go down one more time after that! Good going, Landon!

Sledding at Frazier CO

We couldn't get onto Frazier Sledding Hill so we found this small local sledding slope. We borrowed a sled and off we went. Landon had a great time!

Landon, Troy and Crystal's Visit

Landon, Troy and Crystal arrived at DIA on December 19th. Landon went for a ride with Grandma to see the Christmas lights while we waited to pick up Troy from shadowing surgery at Skyridge hospital.
